I must say hands down this is the best marinade I’ve ever used. Not only is it simple to make, it is finger-licking goodness that will make your mouth go “whoo hoo”. Ok so I am a little excited but it is that delicious. I came across this recipe when watching the show American Test Kitchen and thank goodness I had a pen and paper handy. Anyway enough rambling. This is what you will need.
1/3 c. Soy Sauce , 1/3 c. Vegetable Oil, 5 Cloves of garlic (minced), 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste, 1 Tablespoon Paprika, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
